- To add a new contact, click on the “+” symbol in the second column on the
Contacts page to bring up an empty New Contact form
- Complete all desired fields including name, company, email, address, etc.
- The only mandatory field is Last Name. For one-named contacts, use the Last
- Name field in lieu of the First.
- To organize your contacts, use the Groups function to segment your contacts as
