• To add a new contact, click on the “+” symbol in the second column on the Contacts page to bring up an empty New Contact form
  • Complete all desired fields including name, company, email, address, etc.
  • The only mandatory field is Last Name. For one-named contacts, use the Last
  • Name field in lieu of the First.
  • To organize your contacts, use the Groups function to segment your contacts as appropriate
  • Click “Save” to save your work
